CaliToday (09/10/2025): CAN THO, VIETNAM – In a significant move to combat the growing threat of climate change and severe flooding, authorities in Can Tho have proposed a major investment of nearly 200 billion VND (approximately US$8 million) to protect its most iconic landmark: the Ninh Kieu Wharf.
