Vijay, who was safely evacuated from the venue, released a statement expressing his anguish. "I am shattered by this unimaginable tragedy. My heart goes out to the families who have lost their loved ones. No words can comfort them at this time. I am praying for the speedy recovery of all those injured," he wrote. He has reportedly cancelled all upcoming political events.
