HO CHI MINH CITY – Police have arrested an 18-year-old suspect in connection with the brutal murder of a technology-based motorbike taxi driver in District 12. The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department confirmed on Saturday that they are holding C.P.T., age 18, for investigation into the homicide.
